Diversifying from stocks and shares to a property portfolio
I’ve been investing in stocks for years, but wanted to diversify and include property in my portfolio. I’d known Adam for a while, and when I found out he was a buyer’s agent, I decided to trust him to handle that side of my investments. It made sense; my clients hire me to guide their fitness journey, so why wouldn’t I hire a property expert to guide me?
From friend to advisor
From the start, Adam was all over it. He kept me accountable, took the time to understand my goals, followed up constantly, and genuinely cares about what I want to achieve. Buying off market
Both properties Adam found were bought off-market, and I barely had to lift a finger. Adam handled the research, the negotiations, everything. He even found flaws in one of the listings and used them to negotiate a better price.
Building for the future
Having already built equity in my first property, I used that equity to buy the second. I am now working with Adam to plan my third purchase. Working with Adam and taking his guidance on board was the smartest move I could have made.
If I’d done this alone, it would’ve been stressful, and I probably would’ve overpaid. With Adam, it was simple, calm, and strategic from start to finish. Honestly, more people should use a buyer’s agent – whatever you pay, you get back in equity almost straight away.
